Pomegranate Margarita

Pomegranate Margarita

Loving the slightly sweet Pomegranate Margi.  This was especially good with the Trader Joe’s Margarita Mix, so we are using it in our basic recipe that follows–though you can just substitute the Pomegranate Liqueur for Cointreau or Grand Marnier in your fave recipe.

  • 2 parts Trader Joe Margarita Mix
  • 1 part Tequila
  • 1 part PAMA or other pomegranate Liqueur
Shake or blend with ice. This is when you REALLY NEED a Margaritaville Conction Maker–so if you’re looking for an excuse to pick one up, do it.

Margaritarate it or not, it is smooth and refreshing.  For large batches you’ll find us measuring the ingredients with measuring cups, sticking to the ratio and keeping the pitchers in the fridge, ready to go for the party.
