Pomegranate Margaritas

  • 1 1/2 oz.   Patron Silver
  • 3/4 oz.     Cointreau
  • 1 1/2 oz.   Margarita Mix
  • 1 1/2 oz.   POM pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 oz.     freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 oz.     agave syrup

Place all of the ingredients in the mixing glass part of a Boston cocktail shaker. Fill the mixing tin part of the shaker two-thirds full of cubed ice and shake ingredients well to chill and combine. Strain over fresh ice into a 12 oz. highball glass. Garnish and serve.

Garnish: Prop a lime wheel on the rim of the glass.

    The printed version (which is wonderful) has the Agave syrup at 1/4oz FYI.

    That sounds quite refreshing and something definitely worth trying. Since my wife loves pomegranate juice it will be an excuse to buy some and give this a go. Thanks for sharing!
